Apricot Almond Cookie Recipe

- All-purpose flour - Baking soda & salt - Unsalted butter - Granulated sugar - An egg - Vanilla extract - Dried apricots - Toasted almond slices

Cookie Dough

The cookie dough easily mixes up with a hand- or stand-mixer.  Just stir in the toasted almonds and apricots after making the dough.
