The carrot pie recipe easily mixes together in one bowl. You only need a whisk, a spatula and measuring equipment to create the pie filling.

Pour the filling into a partially baked pie crust and bake for 30 - 35 minutes (check out our sweet pie dough recipe to use with this pie).

Cool pie completely before serving.  Consider adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream, drizzle with caramel, top with cinnamon-flavored cream cheese filling, etc...
