Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Soft on the inside, crunchy on the outside and loaded with chocolate chunks.  All topped off with a pinch of sea salt.

Ingredients: - Gluten-free flour - Salt, baking powder & soda - Unsalted butter - Granulated & brown sugars - Eggs - Bittersweet chocolate chips

The cookie dough is easily mixed using a hand or stand mixer.  Fold in the chocolate chips by hand until well distributed.

Top Tip:  After making the cookie dough, wrap in plastic and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.  This allows the flavors to meld.  Additionally, the cookies will spread less while baking.
