Chocolate Chip Cookies in Cast Iron Skillets

Ingredients - All-purpose flour  - Baking powder & baking soda - Salt - An egg - Unsalted butter - Granulated & brown sugar - Bittersweet chocolate chips

Follow our recipe to make the cookie dough.

Brush each cast iron skillet with butter before adding the cookie dough.

Bake for 12 - 14 minutes. Edges will begin turning brown and middle will have risen.

Fill with cookie dough and press evenly into each skillet.

Allow the skillet cookies to cool for 15 - 20 minutes after baking.  Serve while still warm for the best taste experience.
