Mini Pecan Tarts

These mini pecan tarts are loaded with pecans, a sweet gooey filling and baked in a mini tart shell. An ideal treat for your dessert buffet.

Ingredients

Just a few ingredients to create these tarts: pecans, sugar, butter, vanilla, corn syrup, eggs and mini tart shells with a sweet dough.

Tart Filling

Making the custard filling for the tarts couldn't be easier. Simply whisk together ingredients in a bowl.

Assemble & Bake

Add pecans and filling to your tart shells. Add a pecan half to the top of each tart for even more pecan flavor.
