Pistachio White Chocolate Cookies

These cookies are an ideal combination of flavors and textures. Salty pistachios, white chocolate and a bit of tang from the sour cream.


- All-purpose flour - Baking powder & soda - Salt - Vanilla - Unsalted butter - Granulated sugar - An egg - Sour cream - White chocolate - Pistachios

Cookie Dough

The cookie dough easily mixes up with a hand- or stand-mixer.  Just stir in the pistachios and white chocolate by hand.


For a little added flavor, considering dipping the cookies in melted white chocolate and sprinkling with chopped pistachios.
