Flaky layers of puff pastry are stuffed with a Baileys cream cheese filling and a hint of green food coloring.

St. Patrick's Day Dessert Puff Pastry Shamrocks!

Baileys Shamrock Ingredients - 2 sheets puff pastry - Eggs - Cream cheese - Granulated sugar - Baileys Irish Cream - Green food coloring

First, create the Baileys cream cheese filling.  Add a few drops of green food coloring to add to the dessert's festivity. 

Cut shamrock shapes out of the puff pastry sheets. Fill half of the shamrocks with the Baileys cream cheese filling.

Add another shamrock to the top of each filled pastry. Using a fork, seal the pastries - be sure to seal well so the filling does not seep out.

These dessert shamrocks only take 12 minutes to bake!  The pastries are best served the day you make them.
