Melt candy wafers as directed on package. (note: most often this will include melting in a microwave at 50% power in 20 - 30 second bursts)
Dip each strawberry in the melted candy wafers and set on the wax paper. Drag some excess chocolate in front of the strawberry as you put it down to create a ghost 'tail'.
Set strawberries aside and allow the white chocolate to set.
Gently melt the dark chocolate in a microwave at 50% power in 20 - 30 second bursts, stirring well between each heating.
Place chocolate in a piping bag with a small hole cut out or fitted with a #1 piping tip. Pipe eyes and mouth on each ghost. Store in an airtight container and place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
