1 Pastry bag alternatively use a ziplock bag with a small hole cut out of one corner
Ingredients
16wholestrawberriesrinsed and dried
1 ½cupswhite chocolate candy wafers
2tablespoonsdark chocolate chips
Instructions
Line a sheet pan with a piece of wax paper
Melt candy wafers as directed on package. (note: most often this will include melting in a microwave at 50% power in 20 - 30 second bursts)
1 ½ cups white chocolate candy wafers
Dip each strawberry in the melted candy wafers and set on the wax paper. Drag some excess chocolate in front of the strawberry as you put it down to create a ghost 'tail'.
Set strawberries aside and allow the white chocolate to set.
16 whole strawberries
Gently melt the dark chocolate in a microwave at 50% power in 20 - 30 second bursts, stirring well between each heating.
2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
Place chocolate in a pastry bag with a small hole cut out or fitted with a #1 piping tip.
Pipe eyes and mouth on each ghost. Store in an airtight container and place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
