Frito Fruckies
This Frito Fruckies recipe produces the ultimate sweet and salty treat. These goodies are loaded with Frito corn chips, a creamy peanut butter sauce and a chocolate and peanut topping.

1 9" x 13" baking pan
1 Heat-Resistant Spatula
1 2-quart saucepan
9 ¼ ounce Frito corn chips bag 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup light corn syrup 1 cup peanut butter chunky or smooth 1 ½ cup mini chocolate chips ½ cup roasted peanuts chopped
Butter a 9" x 13" heat-resistant baking pan. Pour Fritos into the pan.
Bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil. Use caution as the mixture is very hot.
Remove pan from heat. Add peanut butter and whisk until smooth.
Pour the hot mixture evenly over the Fritos.
Sprinkle chocolate chips over the Fritos and hot peanut butter syrup. Allow the chips to melt for a few minutes and smooth with an offset spatula.
Sprinkle peanuts over the chocolate. Allow the Fruckies to rest at room temperature until completely cooled (approximately one hour). Serve and enjoy!
