1 Cup Water ½ Cup Granulated Sugar ½ Cup Light Corn Syrup ⅔ Cup Cocoa Powder Sifted to remove lumps ¼ Cup Bittersweet chocolate chips 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter Softened
Combine water, sugar, corn syrup and cocoa powder in a saucepan.
1 Cup Water, ½ Cup Granulated Sugar, ½ Cup Light Corn Syrup, ⅔ Cup Cocoa Powder
Place saucepan over medium heat. Stir slowly and constantly until the mixture comes to a low boil.
Remove pan from heat. Add butter and chocolate. Stir until smooth and glossy.
¼ Cup Bittersweet chocolate chips, 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
Transfer to a heat-resistant container and let cool slightly before serving.
