  • 1 Cup Water
  • ½ Cup Granulated Sugar
  • ½ Cup Light Corn Syrup
  • Cup Cocoa Powder Sifted to remove lumps
  • ¼ Cup Bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter Softened

Instructions
 

  • Combine water, sugar, corn syrup and cocoa powder in a saucepan.
    1 Cup Water, ½ Cup Granulated Sugar, ½ Cup Light Corn Syrup, ⅔ Cup Cocoa Powder
  • Place saucepan over medium heat. Stir slowly and constantly until the mixture comes to a low boil.
  • Remove pan from heat. Add butter and chocolate. Stir until smooth and glossy.
    ¼ Cup Bittersweet chocolate chips, 2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • Transfer to a heat-resistant container and let cool slightly before serving.
