Instructions
Prepare baking pan
Protein granola bars
Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃)
Place peanut butter, honey, eggs, egg yolk, protein powder, and mashed banana in a large mixing bowl. Using a silicone spatula, stir until well combined.
½ Cup Protein powder, ⅔ Cup Peanut butter, ⅓ Cup Honey, 2 Large Eggs, 1 Large Egg yolk, 1 Medium Ripe banana
Add the oatmeal to the mixing bowl and stir well until the oats are evenly coated.
2 Cups Oatmeal
Add chocolate chips to the mixing bowl and stir until evenly distributed.
⅓ Cup Chocolate chips
Pour the dough into the prepared baking pan and smooth evenly with a spatula.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden brown and the bars are set in the center.
Place pan on a wire rack and allow bars to cool completely.
To remove the granola bars from the pan, gently lift up on the parchment paper hanging over the sides and transfer the bars to a cutting board before slicing.
