  • 1 Pie Pan 9" or 10" pan
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Bowls

Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large Egg, room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar

Instructions
 

Pie Dough

  • Melt butter and cool slightly.
  • Combine almond flour and granulated sugar in a bowl. Stir until combined.
  • Add melted butter and egg. Stir until combined.
  • Place dough into a 9" pie tin.
  • Press dough evenly into the bottom and up the sides of the pie tin.

Partially Bake Pie Crust

  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • Using a fork, poke 8 - 10 holes into the bottom of the pie crust and up the sides.
  • Bake for 8 minutes. Place on a wire rack and cool completely.

Fully Bake Pie Crust

  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • Using a fork, poke 8 - 10 holes into the bottom of the pie crust and up the sides.
  • Bake for 12 minutes. Place on a wire rack and cool completely.
