2 cups Almond flour use finely ground almond flour 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter melted 1 large Egg room temperature 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
Pie Dough Melt butter and cool slightly.
Combine almond flour and granulated sugar in a bowl. Stir until combined.
Add melted butter and egg. Stir until combined.
Place dough into a 9" pie tin.
Press dough evenly into the bottom and up the sides of the pie tin.
Partially Bake Pie Crust Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃)
Using a fork, poke 8 - 10 holes into the bottom of the pie crust and up the sides.
Bake for 8 minutes. Place on a wire rack and cool completely.
Fully Bake Pie Crust Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃)
