Equipment

  • 1 Hand or stand mixer
  • 6 Parfait Glasses 6 - 8 ounce capacity each
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Apple filling Homemade or store-bought
  • 2 Cups Granola
  • 2 Cups Heavy cream
  • ¼ Cup Powdered sugar
  • ¾ Cup Caramel sauce
  • 6 Slices Apple chips Optional

Instructions

  • Combine heavy cream and powdered sugar in a bowl. Whip until medium peaks form (medium peaks are when you lift the whisk out of the bowl the peaks hold but will bend over a bit). Set bowl aside.
  • Place ¼ cup of apple filling in the bottom of each parfait glass. Drizzle a small amount of caramel sauce over the apples.
  • Add a large dollop of whipped cream into each parfait glass. Using the back of a spoon, spread the whipped cream to the edges of the glass.
  • Place ¼ cup of granola into each parfait glass over the whipped cream.
  • Add another ¼ cup of apple filling in each parfait glass over the granola.
  • Sprinkle the remaining granola over the apple filling. Drizzle a small amount of caramel sauce over the apples.
  • Add the remaining whipped cream to each glass (to make swirls, place in a pastry bag with a star tip and pipe swirls into each glass).
  • Optional: drizzle with more caramel sauce, sprinkle with a few pieces of granola and add an apple chip
