Make Banana Cream
Whisk together banana pudding, condensed milk and water in a medium sized bowl.
⅔ Cup Instant Banana Pudding Mix, 1 14 ounce can Sweetened Condensed Milk, 1 ½ Cups Water
Cover bowl and place in refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
Remove bowl from the refrigerator and stir banana pudding until smooth.
Whip heavy cream to medium peaks. Note - medium peaks will hold a shape when the beaters are lifted, but the tips curl slightly downwards
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
Gently fold whipped cream into the banana pudding. Don't overmix as you may deflate the whipped cream.
Assemble Tarts
Place 4 banana slices in the bottom of each tart.
