Snicker's Pie Recipe

Loaded with peanut butter mousse and chopped Snicker's bars.

  • 1 9" Chocolate Pie Crust (baked) store-bought or homemade

Peanut Butter Filling

  • 1 Cup Cream Cheese, softened 1 cup = one 8-ounce package
  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter crunchy or smooth
  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk use a 14 ounce can
  • 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream measure #1
  • 2 Medium Snickers Bars (2 ounces each)

Pie Topping

  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream measure #2
  • 2 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
  • 2 Medium Snickers Bars (2 ounces each) chopped into chunks approximately ¼"

Instructions
 

Peanut Butter Mousse

  • Place cream cheese and peanut butter in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment (a hand mixer may also be used). Mix together until well combined. Use a spatula to scrape down sides of bowl as needed.
    1 Cup Cream Cheese, softened, 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • Add powdered sugar and sweetened condensed milk to mixing bowl. Mix until combined, scraping down sides of bowl as needed.
    1 Cup Powdered Sugar, 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • Using a clean bowl, whip heavy cream until medium peaks form.
    1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Carefully fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture. Take care to not overfold else you may deflate the cream.
  • Add first measure of Snicker bar chunks. Gently fold into pie filling until evenly distributed.
    2 Medium Snickers Bars (2 ounces each)
  • Pour filling into pie crust and smooth top with a spatula. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours or until set.

Pie Topping

  • Place heavy cream and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl. Begin mixing on low speed and gradually increase speed to medium-high. Continue to mix cream until medium peaks form.
    1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream, 2 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
  • Spoon or pipe whipped cream over top of pie. Sprinkle Snicker Bar chunks over top of pie.
    2 Medium Snickers Bars (2 ounces each)
  • Place pie in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Store finished pie in your refrigerator
