Why you will love this pie
This pie is undeniably indulgent and sweet. If you have a sweet tooth this is the pie for you! It combines the creaminess of a peanut butter mousse with the Snickers bar elements of caramel, chocolate, peanuts and nougat. All these flavors work nicely together to create a taste experience that is satisfying.
Ingredients
- Chocolate crust: an Oreo store-bought crust works nicely with this pie. If you prefer to make our own crust check out my Chocolate Pie Dough recipe.
- Cream cheese: use room temperature, full-fat cream cheese.
- Confectioners' sugar: the sugar is used in both the pie filling and the whipped cream topping.
- Snickers bars: chop the candy bars into small chunks (approximately ¼" cubes). The chunks are mixed into the peanut butter filling and sprinkled over the top of the pie.
- Sweetened condensed milk: use one 14-ounce can
- Peanut butter: I prefer to use a chunky peanut butter as this adds to the texture of the pie.
- Heavy cream: the cream is whipped to medium peaks and used for the mousse filling and topping the pie.

Variations
Want little variation for this no-bake Snickers pie recipe. Consider the following:
- Peanuts or Nougat- add a few handfuls of roasted peanuts or chunks of store-bought nougat to the mousse or top of the pie.
- Caramel - drizzle a soft caramel over the top of the pie.
Equipment
A hand-mixer or stand mixer works best to make the mousse for the no-bake Snickers pie.
Storage
Place the pie in an air-tight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. You may freeze the pie without the whipped cream topping for up to 3 months.
Top Tip
Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mousse. Overfolding will deflate the air in the whipped cream making the pie less mousse-like.
FAQ
Certainly. Simply replace the Snickers with another candy bar you like. Consider: Reese's cups, Twix bars, Milky Way, etc....

Snickers was my Dad's favorite candy bar, so I made this pie in remembrance of him for Father's Day. The mousse was light and creamy, with just the right amount of peanut butter flavor. Thank you for a delicious recipe that brought back a lot of memories.

Michelle, What a beautiful story. So nice to have special memories of our fathers. My dad's favorite candy bar was also Snickers - he used to 'steal' all the Snicker bars out of my Halloween bag!
