These gluten-free chocolate cookies are like a fudgy brownie in cookie form.  An ideal treat for those with gluten dietary restrictions.

Gluten Free Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients: - Sugar - Gluten-free flour - Cocoa powder - Bittersweet chocolate - Baking powder & salt - Butter & milk - Eggs - Coconut oil (optional) - Walnuts (optional)

A simple recipe to make!  A hand- or stand mixer is used in creaming together the butter and sugar.  Other ingredients may be mixed in by hand.

Optional:  Add a handful of toasted and chopped nuts for some added texture and taste in the cookie.  Consider walnuts, almonds, pecans, etc....
